Notice for bookings
Our daily schedules are carefully planned so we are at your home or office at the agreed time. Subject to availability we can book urgent jobs on the same day or the following day. A couple of days notice should be given to guarantee the day and time you require.
Removal of stains
Not all stains are removable, however our staff guarantee that if we can't remove a stain that no one else will be able to remove it either.
Carpet drying time
Carpets are generally dry within 4 to 5 hours. However they may take longer if your carpets required extra cleaning pressure to remove heavy dirt or stains or the weather is wet.
Chemical Free Cleaning
Chemical free cleaning is only available with our Truck Mount Service.
